Toughest Mudder, Spartan, and Training with Lindsay Webster

In this episode we talk to Lindsay Webster about Toughest Mudder, her training, and her goals for this season.

Lindsay shares with us her experience at the Toughest Mudder West. We talk about how she was able to do so well, and the course not being anything like she imagined. She talks about how she really likes the Toughest Mudder platform and that she plans on running as many Toughest events as she can this year.

She talks with us about balancing her training for endurance events, but maintaining speed for events like Spartan Race, as she plans on running as many of the Spartan Championship Series races as she can as well.

Lastly, she talks a bit about her burpee showdown with Faye Stenning from Spartan World Championship last year.
