Coach Pain Experience: Episode 1

In our first full episode of the Coach Pain Experience, Coach and I talk with OCR athlete Justin Hammond about keeping your eyes forward and not worrying about what's behind you.

Justin trains under
Coach Pain, and is consistently on the heels of the top competitors. One issue he has been facing is being too concerned about the racers behind him, which has led to some less than desirable finishes at recent races. Coach talks about how to keep your eye on the goal in front of you, not only in your race, but in life as well. He talks about training to achieve your goals and takes a second to talk to Justin's wife about her contribution to his success.
